Sails in the County’s Bicentennial Parade

Over 35 levy volunteers distributed information as the USS C.O.A. set sail in Delaware’s Bicentennial Parade on July 5! The ship, created out of cardboard and paint, received a second-place trophy in the non-commercial category.
